Íslandsbanki‘s general meeting of shareholders
Íslandsbanki hf. held a general meeting of shareholders on 20th of December 2016.
One item was on the meeting‘s agenda, decision on extraordinary dividend payment.
The proposal by the board of directors was that the shareholder would approve an extraordinary dividend payment for the previous fiscal years in the amount of 27bn ISK. This proposal was approved by the shareholder.
The dividend is payable on 28th of December and will be paid in the form of RIKH18 government bonds along with cash.
